  • Members of our congregation contribute their time and energy voluntarily in service to God.
  • We accept the Bible as the inspired Word of God; and study both the Old and New Testaments. (2 Timothy 2:15)
  • We recommend personal and topical Bible study and provide Study aids. (Acts 17:11)
  • We are a non-denominational independent Church group that recognizes Jesus as our only head and enjoy a worldwide fellowship. (Colossians 1:18)

The Relationship between Internal Peace & External Unity

Internal Peace, External Unity.jpg

Dear friends in Christ Jesus,

The intention of today’s blog is to cheer our readers onward in striving to ACHIEVE PEACE within one’s heart even in the face of the most unfavourable circumstances.

But why?

Because the comfort and peace of the Church are dependent largely upon unity of the Spirit of the Lord in the various members.

Let us begin by sharing some glorious scriptures to refresh our minds about the sublime PEACE we are talking about:

  • “Depart from evil and do good; seek peace and pursue it.” (Psalm 34:14)
  • Follow peace with all men and holiness without which no man shall see the Lord.” (Hebrews 12:14)
  • “The kingdom of GOD is not meat and drink, but righteousness and peace and joy in the Holy Spirit.” (Romans 14:17)
  • “Follow after the things which make for peace and things wherewith one may edify another.” (Romans 14:19)
  • Live peaceably with all men.” (Romans 12:18)
  • “GOD is not the author of confusion, but of peace.” (1 Corinthians 14:33)
  • “GOD has called us to peace.” (1 Corinthians 7:15)
  • “Lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and honesty.” (1 Timothy 2:2)
  • “The wisdom that is from above is first pure then peaceable.” (James 3:17)
  • “Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on thee.” (Isaiah 26:3)
  • “When a man’s ways please the Lord, he maketh even his enemies to be at peace with him.” (Proverbs 16:7)
  • “Be at peace among yourselves.” (1 Thessalonians 5:13)
  • Have peace one with another.” (Mark 9:50)
  •  “The fruit of righteousness is sown in peace of them that make peace.” (James 3:18 –
  • Follow righteousness, faith, charity, peace with them that call on the Lord out of a pure heart.” (2 Timothy 2:22)
  • Let the peace of GOD rule in your hearts, to which also ye are called in one body.” (Colossians 3:15)
  • “Keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace.” (Ephesians 4:3)
  • “Preach the gospel of peace.” (Romans 10:15)
  • “To be spiritually minded is life and peace.” (Romans 8:6)
  • Love the truth and peace. (Zechariah 8:19)
  • Great peace have they which love thy law, and nothing shall offend them.” (Psalm 119:165)
  • “The meek shall inherit the earth; and shall delight themselves in abundance of peace.” (Psalm 37:11)
  • “We, according to his promise, look for new heavens and a new earth, wherein dwelleth righteousness; wherefore, beloved, seeing that ye look for such things, be diligent that ye may be found of him in peace, without spot and blameless.” (2 Peter 3:13, 14)

What have we done TODAY to let this
dwell within our hearts?

Well, a possible answer could be this: that we have just read the words from holy Scripture.

YES dear friends!

Even if our flesh is overwhelmed by the storms of imperfection that surround us, we can enter into the Shelter of the Most High best (Psalm 91:1), when we quiet our minds from the turmoil and read, or listen to, or recite, the holy Scriptures.

We can copy Jesus, and transform our mind into the likeness of his, by submitting every thought and motive to him, and fixing our eyes on how Jesus pleased GOD. By keeping a firm hold on the Precious Promises of the holy Scriptures, we keep our hope of the grand and glorious blessings of Jesus burning brightly in our hearts, and exciting our minds.

“If there be any consolation [comfort] in Christ, if any comfort of love, if any fellowship of spirit, if any bowels and mercies, fulfil ye my joy, that ye be likeminded, having the same LOVE, being of one accord, of one mind.

—–Philippians 2:1-2—–

What exhortations to unity, peace, and brotherly kindness! They suggest patience, forbearance, gentleness, helpfulness, and comfort one to another in the Church. By this means, the Spirit of Christ may abound in all, for the greatest possible progress for all in the right way.

If only we can be worthy of the name Barnabas, “Comforter” of the brethren. If the holy Spirit abounds in us more and more (by our unceasing efforts as athletes in a race), then what pleasure we shall bring our Heavenly Father. With the holy Spirit dwelling in us richly, may we all be sons and daughters of comfort in Zion.

Togetherness in Christ

Many Scriptures speak of togetherness. “There is one body and one spirit, one Lord, one faith.” (Ephesians 4:4,5) “That your hearts might be comforted, knit together in love.” (Colossians 2:2)

We are all part of GOD’s flock. Sheep like to be together. Unlike other animals who will scatter, sheep will stay together. They are gregarious. This helps them because they lack many of the natural defences other animals have, such as speed or personal protection (like a porcupine). Safety comes from staying close together.

To flock means to be in company together, to be a group. It means togetherness as comrades, brethren, and associates where we learn to pass our tests of character development into Christ. Some differences of opinion in Biblical details may exist which each Son and Daughter of the Most High has the liberty in Christ to possess. This develops humility, patience, and respect for other dear co-labourers in the “vineyard” of our Heavenly Father.

In such fellowship circles, we develop reliance on GOD to fight the battles surrounding us that might arise when sharing scriptural understandings of Divine revelation concerning prophetic unfoldings of Truth.

How we praise the GOD of Mercy, our Yahweh Abba Father Almighty, who reads the heart of each saint, called by His good pleasure, for their ETERNAL JOY and His HONOR (Nehemiah 8:10).

“BORN OF GOD” – What does this mean?

Peace may be found in holy words of encouragement and Divine reassurance. Here is one example.

For everyone who has been BORN OF GOD overcomes the world. And this is the victory that has overcome the world—our faith.” (1 John 5:4)

The word ‘born’ in this scripture is the Greek word ‘Gennao’ (Strong’s #G1080) which often means ‘begotten’.

When and how are we begotten?

The beginning of one’s spiritual existence dates from the time a person believes in Christ as the ransom for their sin and makes a full surrender, or consecration, of themselves to GOD Yahweh Jehovah, and this is accepted by Him.

The New Creature mind developing in such an individual continues until their final existence as actual spiritual beings, when they shall be “like Him,” Jesus. As in natural generation, begetting precedes  birth. Really there are three steps of development — begetting, quickening, and birth. So also with becoming “new creatures in Christ” — there are three corresponding steps.

(1) We are begotten through the truth—the Gospel. (1 Corinthians 4:15, 1 John 5:18)

(2) In due time come a quickening into activity, zeal, and labor. This gives evidence to others that we have been begotten of the truth to newness of life, new hopes and aims. The spirit of Christ in us will “quicken [make active in GOD’s service] our mortal bodies” (Romans 8:11).

(3) When we are properly developed, we shall come forth in the resurrection, “born” into full spirit-power and become “like him,” who is the “express image of the Father’s person.” (Hebrews 1:3)

Our King Jesus gives us so much encouragement. “My reward is with me and I will give to each person according to what they have done”. (Revelation 22:12)

The reward of immortality! Wow! It is the reward of the class who will help Jesus bring the world of mankind up the Highway of Holiness!

Finally we will be with our Perfect Bridegroom, our Lord and Master Jesus, for whom we have give up all our earthly interests, ambitions, and desires. For whom we have suffered and on occasion been humiliated for — sometimes enduring abuses by the world who considers us brainwashed, a sect, crazy, unbalanced in our thinking, going overboard with spiritual talk etc, etc.

May the JOY of finally overcoming the scorn of the cross of  Jesus that we do carry until death, create exuberant rejoicing within our entire being.

Each time we bow our heads and bend our knees in prayer, may the PEACE OF GOD comsume us as we hide under the shelter of his wings.

“Let your GENTLENESS be known TO ALL MEN. The Lord is at hand. Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to GOD. And the PEACE OF GOD, which surpasses all understanding, WILL guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.” (Philippians 4:5-7)

“Be ye all of one mind, having compassion one of another. Love as brethren.” (1 Peter 3:8)

Does ‘being of one mind’ mean we must all think alike on every detail of Scriptural understanding?

No. And oh, how grand a blessing there is hidden in this, as it is actually our differences that help one develop the greatest lesson of all, AGAPE LOVE.

“Be of one mind. Live in peace. And the GOD of love and peace shall be with you”. (2 Corinthians 13:11).

“Be of the same mind”. (Philippians 4:2) Being of ONE MIND does not mean we have to see exactly the same on every smallest detail of the Bible. This would be like saying we must wear the same shoes or agree to like the same flavours or the same colours.

Paul urges us to have no divisions amongst the brethren through a lack of tolerance, a lack of compassion… a lack of allowances given as we do have in the liberty in Christ one for another and we are not to show favouritism toward this one or that one based on human fleshly preferences, nor are we to idolize any man, other than CHRIST JESUS.

We appreciate ALL OUR BRETHREN who profess their consecration daily before the throne of GOD in their private prayers, as we, pray for them (1 Corinthians 11:18,19).

Would the apostle approve of the butting of heads, divisions and unkind harsh arguments between the believers? No, he would not. So why does GOD allow this, one may ask?

The answer the Divine Word of GOD provides, is this: ‘so that they which are approved may be made manifest’ (1 Corinthians 11:19).

Amidst the butting, some will show they still have the Lord’s spirit. They will be approved by showing a gentle submission of NON-REBELLIOUS spirit of always considering others HIGHER and BETTER than themselves; by striving to not force their opinions of Biblical interpretation on others in a demeaning way; by improving themselves, by forgiving, apologizing, and learning to LOVE MORE, THROUGH SUFFERING MORE.

Aggressiveness among us is permitted by the Lord to see who will properly react to the test, who will have the right heart attitude, who will grow and manifest the fruits of the spirit. We really know only in part and this is humbling also (1 Corinthians 13:9).

Through the knowledge we acquire by hard work to study the scriptures, and through our prayers for wisdom and understanding which our Divine Father does give to those who seek it in HIS Perfect time, in the Perfect amounts as HE would best see we should possess, let the main goal of all this work be to develop the HIGHEST LEVEL of LOVE possibleAGAPE love. Everyone can read the definition of agape love in words of 1 Corinthians chapter 15. But to put it into practice is why we are NOW being tested in the most severest and most adverse conditions of all.

Let’s ask ourselves: does GODly peace help me love my brother and my sister in Christ more?

Or should we “turn over the tables” of righteous anger like Jesus could and did do if we think we see or hear injustice? Let us restrain from this. We cannot judge the heart like our Master Jesus could and did.

“Blessed are the peace-makers: for they shall be called the children of GOD” (Matthew 5:9).

None will be accounted worthy who shall not have developed peace-loving dispositions. Anger, malice, hatred, envy, strife and a generally quarrelsome disposition must be recognized as belonging to the works of the flesh and the devil. These must be resisted in the heart fully, and in outward conduct as fully as possible.

Peaceableness must supplant quarrelsomeness in all those who would hope to share the Kingdom and be recognized as children of GOD. ‘So far as lieth in you live peaceably with all men.’

This of course does not mean peace at any price, otherwise our Lord, the apostles and the faithful body of Christ throughout this age might not have suffered, or at least might have endured very much less suffering for righteousness’ sake.

Hence, the significance of our Lord’s statement,

‘In the world ye shall have tribulation; in me ye shall have peace’. (John 16:33)”

Encouragement to SHARE & SHINE

With a hope that this blog post will motivate our readers in wanting to dedicate as much time as they can in studying God’s character and His Divine Principles and Plan, to better be enabled to GLORIFY and PRAISE  our Creator Yahweh Jehovah through His Son Jesus—Our Beloved Master and Conquering King, and realize this to be the ultimate AIM OF MAN’S EXISTENCE, let us begin with a beautiful scripture from Isaiah 58:7 (ESV),

“Is it not to share your bread with the hungry and bring the homeless poor into your house;
when you see the naked, to cover him, and not to hide yourself from your own flesh?”

The primitive church did show an active concern for the poor and needy in their midst and brethren laid aside portions of money and supplies for those less fortunate financially. An example of this can be seen in the collections for the brethren in Jerusalem (1 Corinthians 16:1-4) and the support of Paul by the brethren in Thessalonica.

“But whoso hath this world’s goods, and seeth his brother have need, and shutteth up his bowels of compassion from him, how dwelleth the love of God in him?”—1 John 3:17

Now let us examine the term ‘sharing’ in regards to the spiritual food… that is, our sharing with others the understanding of the Word of Truth and the ministering to others about God’s Divine Plan and His beauties of Truth.

We are not only instructed to preach the Gospel message of hope to the World (see Mark 16:15), but we are to let the word of Christ dwell in us richly by “teaching and admonishing one another in all wisdom, singing psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, with thankfulness” in our hearts to God. (Colossians 3:16)

If God has called us into his marvelous light of Truth, then one is sure to learn about the disastrous effects of evil so as to realize that disobedience to righteous Godly principles has led to only pain, misery and despair, which results in HOPE-LESS-ness.

By gaining an exposure to such experiences, one gains a priceless understanding of what Yahweh requires to please Him and thus how to strive towards developing into the likeness of CHRIST.

By experiencing pain and sorrow, we then truly feel how horrifically unpleasant and torturous it’s effects are, and one only then, if governed by the wisdom of GOD, (1 Corinthians 2:14; 3:19) desires to OBEY GOD in every single aspect of existence—realizing this is the ONLY way that humanity in the future will gain eternal life after the resurrection—in the 1000 years period of Christ’s reign with his body members of 144,000 (see Revelation chapter 7 & 14.)

He has told you, O man, what is good; and what does the LORD require of you but to do justice, and to love kindness, and to walk humbly with your God? Micah 6:8

Dear friends, what amazingly abundant blessings are gained by striving to adhere perfectly to Godly and righteous principles, and we are not only to strive for this perfection in Christ (2 Corinthians 13:11) but actually BE Perfect (Matthew 5:48).

So how is this possible to BE PERFECT if we still live in carnal imperfect bodies… and we know, that if we were perfect, we would never die as the death penalty was a consequence of Adam’s sin and thus all the world of mankind inherited it (Genesis 2:17)?

Here is the answer:

We can be reckoned as perfect in God’s eyes, thanks to the robe of Christ’s righteousness covering up our sins, hence our intentions can be reckoned as perfect due to OUR FAITH. (Read Romans chapter 4—The Apostle Paul’s here talks about what GODLY FAITH actually is and HOW to get it and develop it).

The faith talked about in the Bible does not mean having a BLIND FAITH—where you simply just believe anyone and anything someone says about the Holy Scriptures or where you only believe on the basis of scientific evidence or what scientific research (man-made imperfect wisdom… since man is imperfect) hypothesizes or states is true. If you simply sit there listening yet not understanding what you hear, then this too, is not TRUE FAITH but it’s a good start to developing it, as in the Book of Romans, the Apostle Paul does explain that FAITH CAN ONLY BE TRUE GODLY FAITH, if one HEARS the message, “and the message is heard through the word of Christ.” (Romans 10:17)

SO the TRUE FAITH we are talking about that ALL eventually will HAVE to possess by the end of the “little season” (Revelation 20:3) of the Messianic Reign of Christ with his completed Bride, just before the Ages of Forever-ness, is based on God’s wisdom and not man’s wisdom.

This is what our Apostle Paul means by saying to the Corinthian brethren in 1 Corinthians 2:5, that their “faith might not rest in the wisdom of men but in the power of God.”

We are to TEST the Scriptures by studying the Words of GOD documented to us by the prophets in the Old Testament and by the Apostles and Jesus’s disciples in the New Testament and study to show ourselves approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.(2 Timothy 2:15).

We cannot expect someone to understand or even know who God is just by reading the Bible like a story book as “the Spirit searches all things, even the deep things of God.” (1 Corinthians 2:9). We must scrutinize every word that we read if we do not understand it’s glorious meaning. The Prophet Isaiah writes, Truly, You are a God who hides Himself, O God of Israel, Savior! (Isaiah 45:15)WHY ? Refer to the post titled:

Isaiah 45:15 – A GOD Who Hides Himself”

Understanding God’s Word

Here is an extract from Reprint of the Original Watchtower and Herald of Christ’s Presence (R.5982) on this subject:

“Our ability to understand spiritual things depends, not only upon our study of the
Scriptures, which are able to make us wise, but also upon the measure of the Holy Spirit which we possess. Hence the Apostle’s exhortation, “Be ye filled with the Spirit!”—Ephesians 5:18.

This means that only the spirit-begotten may understand the deep things of God at all; and that their understanding would be in proportion as they attain more and more a filling, a saturation with the spirit of holiness, the spirit of God, the spirit of Christ, the spirit of Truth.

Every Bible Student should realize that if, as a New Creature, he walks after the flesh and not after the Spirit, his mind will become more or less darkened, and not only will his ability to understand the deep things of God decrease, but even his recollection of the Lord’s Word will decrease; and that, on the contrary, when he is living near to the Lord—walking after the Spirit and not after the flesh—his memory of the Divine Word and his ability to appreciate its Spirit are increased.

Additionally, let us remember that a correct understanding of the Lord’s Word is not enjoyed by all the educated and talented, but comes to those who are of a meek and teachable heart, who study the Lord’s Word and who live it and absorb its spirit. Thus we have illustrated to us the Divine declaration, “Not by might [greatness], nor by power, but by My Spirit, saith the Lord of Hosts.”—Zechariah 4:6.”

During this end of the Gospel Age (= 33 A.D. until the millennial reign of Christ with his Bride members in the Divine Realms), we still have the privilege to learn how to continue OBEYING GOD IN ALL THINGS. We learn to develop the highest form of love, AGAPE love—towards our brethren in CHRIST in unfavorable circumstances, and learn to forgive like God forgives us. God had such GREAT PERFECT mercy and love towards the fallen race, and the Apostle John in 3 John 3:16 tells us that Yahweh sent his ONLY firstborn of all Creation, most Beloved Son, Jesus, the Logos, down to a terrestrial plan of existence (earth) (Hebrews 2:7-9) to redeem mankind and pay the ransom price to free ALL humanity from the sentence of Adamic death.

God’s divine plan is to restore all of humanity to perfection which will be the aim of the soon to start 1000 year mediatorial reign of Christ with his completed 144,000 Bride members (Revelation 7:14), known as the “elect” (Matthew 24: 22; Romans 11:7), and the “little flock” (Luke 12:32).

Dear brethren in Christ, we also have a responsibility to let our light (the CHRIST-LIKENESS in us) shine. And in Matthew 5:16 we are explained the reason WHY we must let our lights shine… so that others may see the GOOD DEEDS we do…

But what’s the point of others seeing what WE DO? AH… the sentence follows with other words giving the correct answer.

You see, by seeing the good works and good actions done, it is for mankind to be drawn towards REVERENCING the One most perfectly just, loving, wise and powerful God Yahweh and learning to OBEY Godly principles and focus on RIGHTEOUSNESS in all. In the kingdom, when the permission of evil will be restrained for 1000 years, Godly righteousness shall be the only standard by which all will have to adhere to, to gain eternal life and pure, perfect everlasting JOY will be the result everywhere and for everyone who obeys God—never-ending life and never-ending PAINLESSNESS!

If we do not let our lights shine we are unworthy of it, and the treasure will be taken away and we will be left in darkness.

If indeed we have received the light and have consecrated ourselves fully to God, then let us ask ourselves, WHAT AM I DOING to show others the goodness of God ? WHAT AM I DOING to proclaim the virtues and excellencies of Jehovah, who CALLED ME out of darkness?

Am I going forth with these tidings to my neighbors near and far?

Can I truly affirm that I am:—

“All for Jesus, all for Jesus—
All my being’s ransomed powers;
All my thoughts, and words, and doings,
All my days and all my hours?”

In 1 Peter 2:9 we are told,Ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people; that ye should show forth the praises of Him who hath called you out of darkness into His marvelous light.”

It is God who calls one out of darkness. So no one can force anyone to believe how they do.

God does not call families. God calls individuals into the Truth of His Holy Word.

What is the Purpose of the Gospel Age?
The purpose of this Gospel Age is to “call out” a BRIDE FOR CHRIST, a group of 144,000 body of Christ members who can soon begin their Mediatorial Reign in bringing the world of mankind into harmony with God. This is only understood by those who have a discerning heart who God has decided to choose to understand His mysteries, which is:

Christ in you, the hope of glory.” – Colossians 1:27

The partakers of the High Calling have a desire to please God in all they do.

They do feel watched by God and His Son Jesus every moment of their waking hour. A they walk with God they talk with God moment by moment their minds are fixed on doing the Father’s will and be partakers in “the first resurrection.” (Revelation 20:6)—see the 3 part series of posts on the RESURRECTION here: Part A, Part B, Part C .

True christians feel a closeness and love to God and His son Jesus unlike toward no other human (Psalm 118:8), and a longing for a heavenly inheritance as their minds are set on “things above.”  (Colossians 3:2)

True Christians feels they are called by the situations that each of the fully consecrated believers in Christ experience during their earthly testing and preparation time, realizing how the Lord is drawing them to desire to give up ALL their human life rights to themselves; to their body, to their time, to their health, to their reputation, to their talents, or to anything that belongs to them confessing themselves as belonging to Jesus their Redeemer, and they dedicate to serve, love and trust Jesus as their life and their salvation to their last moment of life on this carnal earth.

Fully consecrated believers in Christ seek divine nature—to be where the Heavenly Father sits on His throne, and where Jesus dwells.

So what is our HOPE?

The Bible is jam-packed with precious promises.

Just flip open any page of the New Testament, and start reading—what is the first precious promise you read? It will surely not take you more than a minute to find, and it will inspire you, unlike even 10 minutes of watch the News on T.V. will do! Go try it!

In Colossians 1:27, we have the answer to what OUR HOPE is. (We have referred to this in our earlier written words in this post.)

It is a LIVING hope, for as stated in 1 Peter 1:3,

“Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ! In his great mercy he has given us new birth into a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead.”

What does a LIVING HOPE mean?

It means having a HOPE OF LIFE and not one of burning eternal torment which falsely the worldly institution of Papacy have darkened the minds of the world to believe in order to have power and prevent the light of Truth from illuminating the minds and hearts of mankind due to the influence of the Adversary who’s corrupt and wicked army of angels do still control yet will all be bound once the Messianic Age will soon begin, to allow all mankind to learn righteousness (Isaiah 26:9).

After Armageddon, all will need to become true Israelites indeed. [see post: “Will ALL Mankind Need To Become ‘ISRAELITES INDEED’?”]

The rule then in the 1000 year Messianic Kingdom will be :

OBEY GOD and LIVE or DISOBEY GOD and die (without a possibility to resurrect ever again).

Those who have done wrong in this life, will have more re-learning to do, so the faster their minds choose to follow God’s ways, the sooner they will see and feel the immense blessing of JOY and satisfaction that they will gain from walking up the HIGHWAY OF HOLINESS. (Isaiah 35:8)

It was Jesus’s obedience to the Heavenly Father—dying as the ransom (and by his resurrection from the dead) for our justification, that has opened up the door for us to have this living hope and not only for those now justified, but it includes a hope of perfecting many when within this generation, Jesus will begin a 1000 years of his Messianic Rule, helping bring the now still ignorant, sinful and unjustified mankind into harmony with the Heavenly Father, so that God may be all in all. And this is “the eternal gospel,” that the Creator—who has no beginning and no end—will be finally ALL IN ALL. (Revelation 14:6)

Just as the hopes of the apostles had withered at the time of the crucifixion but were revived at Jesus’ resurrection, so too, we have the assurance through Jesus’ resurrection that our final triumph is through our Lord and King, Jesus, who is currently standing at the Heavenly Father’s throne after having sat earlier at the right hand of God after his ascension to the divine realm (Mark 16:19). We are told of Jesus standing up since his parousia (invisible presence, that is often in English, incorrectly translated as Christ’s “coming” in Scripture).

In Daniel 12:1 we read, “At that time shall arise Michael, the great prince who has charge of your people. And there shall be a time of trouble, such as never has been since there was a nation till that time. But at that time your people shall be delivered, everyone whose name shall be found written in the book.”

When the last members of the Bride of Christ shall have gone “beyond the second veil” (died in the flesh), then Jesus shall sit with them on his own throne. We are told of this in Matthew 25:31 :- “When the Son of Man comes in his glory, and all the angels with him, then he will sit on his glorious throne.”

May the Heavenly Father be praised forevermore as we await our transformation into glory!

“Finally, brothers, rejoice. Aim for restoration, comfort one another, agree with one another, live in peace; and the God of love and peace will be with you.” (2 Corinthians 13:11, ESV)
