GOD’s Spirit will be poured out in various ways for the blessing of mankind during the Millennial Kingdom. He will cause the knowledge of his glory to fill the whole earth as the waters cover the sea. (Isaiah 11:9) His power will also operate to restore the dead to life, for the promise is that there “shall be a resurrection of the dead, both of the just and the unjust.”—Acts 24:15.
In a promise of a NEW Covenant which the LORD GOD YAHWEH will make, first with the house of Israel, and then with the whole world, the statement is made that the LORD will write his law in the hearts of the people. (Jeremiah 31:31-34) This, too, will result from the operation of his holy Spirit in the lives of those who obey the laws of Christ’s kingdom.
During Christ’s Mediatorial Reign and kingdom, Satan and his evil system of corrupt angels will be bound for 1000 years (Revelation 20:2), thus his spirit will not be influencing people to do wrong.
Instead, every condition of the new social order will be favorable to the doing of GOD’s righteous will. Unconditional righteous love will take the place of selfishness as a motivating power in all human activity. The people will learn that the greatest and only enduring joy comes from doing good to others rather than from selfishly seeking always to take care of one’s own interests first.
Thus the whole outlook of the human race gradually will be changed as a result of the outpouring of GOD’s spirit upon all flesh (Joel 2:28). How glad we should be that the power of GOD is thus to be manifested for solving the problems of a distressed and dying race! When the blessings accruing from this outpouring of the holy spirit will be recognized as coming from the great and true GOD of the universe, the Creator of heaven and earth, the people will be glad to give glory to Him, for they will then know that He is truly a GOD of perfect love, justice, wisdom and power.

Isaiah 35 (KJV)
“35 The wilderness and the solitary place shall be glad for them; and the desert shall rejoice, and blossom as the rose.
2 It shall blossom abundantly, and rejoice even with joy and singing: the glory of Lebanon shall be given unto it, the excellency of Carmel and Sharon, they shall see the glory of the Lord, and the excellency of our God.
3 Strengthen ye the weak hands, and confirm the feeble knees.
4 Say to them that are of a fearful heart, Be strong, fear not: behold, your God will come with vengeance, even God with a recompence; he will come and save you.
5 Then the eyes of the blind shall be opened, and the ears of the deaf shall be unstopped.
6 Then shall the lame man leap as an hart, and the tongue of the dumb sing: for in the wilderness shall waters break out, and streams in the desert.
7 And the parched ground shall become a pool, and the thirsty land springs of water: in the habitation of dragons, where each lay, shall be grass with reeds and rushes.
8 And an highway shall be there, and a way, and it shall be called The way of holiness; the unclean shall not pass over it; but it shall be for those: the wayfaring men, though fools, shall not err therein.
9 No lion shall be there, nor any ravenous beast shall go up thereon, it shall not be found there; but the redeemed shall walk there:
10 And the ransomed of the Lord shall return, and come to Zion with songs and everlasting joy upon their heads: they shall obtain joy and gladness, and sorrow and sighing shall flee away.”
After Armageddon – God’s Kingdom
