ISRAEL – No Longer Dry Bones!

dry bones.jpg

DAWN—what a glorious word and name! (Proverbs 4:18, Isaiah 8:20, Luke 1:78)
And like the dawning of the Millennial Day at hand (2 Peter 1:19),
It is the Sun of Righteousness—Our LORD and his risen saints (Malachi 4:2, 1 Corinthians 15:52)—
Who are tearing down the systems of this fallen world! Allelujah! (Haggai 2:6-9)

The second presence of our Lord is here! (Matthew 24, Daniel 12, 2 Timothy 4)
Invisibly he is active and the time of the Millennial kingdom reign of CHRIST is near,
When a new covenant shall be established with Israel… (Hebrews 8:8-13, Jeremiah 31:31-34)
Between the Heavenly Father and His people—Israel, and all who shall become “Israelites indeed”.

Then a golden standard of GODLY RIGHTEOUSNESS shall apply to all on earth. (Isaiah 26:9, 28:17, 35:8)
Whoever will do things their own way—disobeying the will of GOD’s will—
Upon such, judgment will be executed speedily and they will learn not to stray (Psalm 1:5);
Learning that the only way to eternal perfect life, is by OBEYING GOD faithfully each day.

As we now remain in the flesh executing GOD’s will with careful discipline and training,
Let us rejoice as we see how the nation Israel is blossoming like the rose (Isaiah 35:1);
The work of CHRIST and his raised sleeping saints is happening before our still carnal eyes, (1 Corinthians 15:52, 1 Thessalonians 4:16-17)
And these, now divine jewels, are fulfilling Bible prophecies according to Jehovah’s plans and purposes. (2 Timothy 1:9)

The process of Ezekiel 37 has begun, since our LORD’s invisible presence—his “parousia.”
Ezekiel’s vision of “the valley of dry bones” reflects this. (Ezekiel 37)
And it can be recognized as occurring in stages—
Through a process of years and many developments, the Kingdom shall be inaugurated.

In 1874 the first stirrings (Peta Tikva)—here we see bone coming to bone…
In 1896 the sinews (ligaments) are evident, to join Israel’s bones…
In 1917 there is muscle that forms to cover the bones…
And in 1948 the skin is applied—to complete the “bone” of Israel.

There is no breath—no life still—there in the land of the ancient heros of faith (Ezekiel 37:8),
Until Armageddon shall hit the earth, when the four winds are let loose—showing their worth. (Ezekiel 37:9, Revelation 16:16)

Then the financial, religious and political systems will collapse—false papal doctrines destroyed!
And the breath into Israel shall herald earthly restitution—a millennial age enjoyed! (Acts 3:21, Revelation 20:6-7)

The nation of Israel will then recognize the one they have pierced on Calvary (Zechariah 12:10).
Then CHRIST—head and body complete—shall reign for 1000 years with greatest vitality!
GOD’s spirit of Truth and understanding poured into each heart and mind (Ezekiel 37:14),
And at the end of the Millennial Age, after a final “little season” of testing for the world—ALL evil destroyed and eternal JOY and NO PAIN ever more! (Revelation 20:7-15, 21:4)

By considering the dates of Israel’s history and studying the Biblical prophecies unfolded,
May our Faith be strengthened and our lives be JOYOUS, as into CHRIST we are moulded.
With humble gratefulness and sincere thankfulness, let us continue to watch and pray.
Why? So that we, with the yoke bearers in CHRIST, can faithfully reach the end of our narrow pathway.

Israel Is Fulfilling Bible Prophecy

End Times prophecies continue to interest many. At the center of much controversy is the tiny nation of Israel. Hated by many, Israel faces great obstacles for its very survival. The booklet “Will Israel Survive the End Times” outlines End Times prophecy and how God will fight for Israel as He sets up His earthly kingdom. Psalm 122 (NKJV) — The Joy of Going to the House of the Lord. A Song of Ascents of David.

(1) I was glad when they said to me, “Let us go into the house of the Lord.”
(2) Our feet have been standing within your gates, O Jerusalem!
(3) Jerusalem is built as a city that is compact together,
(4) Where the tribes go up, the tribes of the Lord, to the Testimony of Israel, to give thanks to the name of the Lord.
(5) For thrones are set there for judgment, the thrones of the house of David.
(6) Pray for the peace of Jerusalem: “May they prosper who love you.
(7) Peace be within your walls, prosperity within your palaces.”
(8) For the sake of my brethren and companions, I will now say, “Peace be within you.”
(9) Because of the house of the Lord our God, I will seek your good.

  1. Your article on the bones of Israel being fulfilled. Ezekiel 37. Jewish Bible 38:10 ‘I will go up against the land of unwalled villages. I will fall upon the quiet people who live securely, all of them living without walls, having no bars or gates. Right now their are 400 miles of walls around Israel. And killings going on in the land.

    1. Thank you for your wonderful thought provoking comment Henry.
Ezekiel 38:11 (ESV)- “and say, ‘I will go up against the land of unwalled villages. I will fall upon the quiet people who dwell securely, all of them dwelling without walls, and having no bars or gates’”

“The land of unwalled villages” – Our present understanding, is that these words in the mouth of Gog and his allies do not mean that Israel is literally defenseless, but that in comparison to the force of the armies mustered against Israel, Gog considers them to be without adequate defense, as though Israel were an unwalled village. In Bible times cities were walled for defense. Today no one builds walls for defending cities militarily, because artillery and aircraft make such a strategy infeasible. So we think it is symbolic, and expresses the opinion of Gog. (Nothing to do with the literal walls Israel has, to keep non-Israelies out.)

Hence we believe these “unwalled” climate/environment in Israel is there now. It is in the mind of Gog that he considers his own forces to great that Israel cannot resist. As though they were an unwalled town ready for taking.

The text at issue really refers to the future, the end of the harvest.

So one may ask, in what way is Israel unwalled now? Well, Ezekiel 38:11 (KJV) expresses the sentiments of Gog. “thou [Gog] will say, I will go up to the land of unwalled villages [Israel]; I will go to them that are at rest [Israel], that dwell safely, all of them dwelling without walls, and having neither bars nor gates.”

Of course houses in Israel do have “bars” and “gates”, but Israel as a nation has no defense adequate to defend against the forces of Russia and its allies. This is the opinion of Russia, who considers themselves too mighty to be defended against.

We do not think this needs to mean that Israel has disarmed itself. After all, even nations at peace have not disarmed themselves. We would presume that even here in Australia, who is not at war with anyone, still has some standing military.

The text is Russia’s view that compared to Russia’s might, the others are like unwalled villages.

      1. As mentioned earlier, here, the text (Ezekiel 38:11) applies to the end of the harvest when Russia begins to contemplate military action against Israel. When that time comes, we think this text means that Russia will suppose Israel relatively defenseless compared to the might of Russia and their allies. Of course this is for the future, and we cannot be sure of the application before it comes to pass.

What might cause Russia to invade? We can only surmise factors that might be at issue and as we believe we have a generation to go before this time, these surmises may be premature. Russia is interested in exerting influence in the Middle East, for it is a strategic area with access to a Mediterranean port. And it has the wealth of energy supplies. If the foment in the Middle East continues, in waves of difficulty that rise and fall, then perhaps Russia and Western Europe will agree that some solution should be imposed, in particular, some solution that will be disadvantageous to Israel. Israel may say no — and the coalition may then explain that the solution is not optional, and will be enforced.

    2. Henry – To add to what has already been said, here is a comment in relation to the “unwalled villages” in Ezekiel 38:11 – which we received in an email to us, and think it will be helpful in understanding this subject matter, thus we share it:

“I don’t believe Ezek. 38:11 is referring to literal walls, bars or gates built around Israel. But rather the walls, bars and gates in this scripture are referring figuratively to defensive measures Israel has taken to defend themselves against the Arab Muslims who have vowed to not rest until they have destroyed Israel. In other words Israel is armed to the maximum (including atomic bombs and missiles) to defend themselves against this enemy.

Ezek. 38:11 is prophetically telling us a time when Israel will be at rest in peace, no longer fearful of this enemy. It will be a time when for a season they will no longer need all this defensive armament any more. WHY? Because I believe this great Muslim enemy will have been previously defeated in a war against Israel prophesied in Psalm 83.. Thus, Israel then being at rest will no longer have need of these figurative armaments. It will be a brief period of rest for Israel prior to Jacob’s Trouble.”
